28 Years Later (2025)
MOVIE 52 - 2025 Edition of 100 Horror Movies in 92 Days
It seems like a lot of franchises lately have been doing sequels 20 years after the previous entries, to mixed success. 28 Years Later was a win for me. The world Garland and Boyle have created feels real (probably thanks in part to the apocalypse we’re currently living in) and the story in this one, like the earlier installments, is full of heart as well as being a solid action film (and full of gory kills, like a good zombie - I know they’re not zombies - movie should be).
