These women wanted to take advantage of the slasher genre that was taking off in the late 70's/early 80's, but production troubles, with rumors of a disgruntled employee destroying nearly half the film reels, caused a disjointed mess of a film to be released in 1983. Last year, the "lost" reels were found, and a new cut was released. I didn't love either, but I will always support the tenacity of a woman trying to make her mark in a "man's" world.
