Dead Mail (2024)
Movie 31 - 2025 Edition of 100 Horror Movies in 92 Days
I liked the look of this film; the quality felt authentically ‘80’s, like Ti West’s House of the Devil. I expected the film to be more from the postal worker’s investigatory perspective and not so much the kidnapper and victim’s story leading to and during the captivity. Overall, I enjoyed the feel like it was a long episode of a true crime show like Unsolved Mysteries, and though it dragged a little at times, is definitely worth a watch.
I want to see
1. Jasper’s life story - why was he so hesitant to investigate? Why was he living in the men’s shelter?
2. A workplace sitcom with the two mail sorters who took the letter to him in the first place
