Ghost Game (2024)

MOVIE 27 - 2025 Edition of 100 Horror Movies in 92 Days

Ghost Game is written by Adam Cesare (Clown in a Cornfield) and directed by Jill Gevargizian, who wrote and directed the gorgeous The Stylist, so I expected something beautifully made and with a sense of humor - though likely a slightly twisted one. In that way, Ghost Game mostly did not disappoint.

Some of the haunting was pretty creepy, but the acting was uneven, and I didn’t care about the characters. At all. But maybe that’s because the whole home invasion for an internet game is not cool to me. Because I’m a curmudgeonly homeowner probably.
