Tomorrow I Die (2024)

MOVIE 14 - 2025 Edition of 100 Horror Movies in 92 Days

The movie was very pretty, and it felt like one of those films where the filmmaker says something like they were trying to film poetry.

Irma, on the verge of giving birth, goes to her family cabin with her brother and her childhood friend - and the belief that she is going to die "tomorrow" (though I couldn't tell how many days they were there or when that tomorrow would fall within that time.)

This little girl (I assume meant to be Irma?) with flowers who crushes the flowers with a mortar and pestle and sprinkles the flowers in a pot of water and shoves the flowers in her mother's mouth keeps appearing, and people keep getting hurt. And there's a lot of talking and arguing. Which is fine, if you like talky, pretty movies that don't really seem to be saying anything. Except that having a baby is scary. And maybe makes you feel like you're going to die.
