Oh, workplace horror, you really get me.

The basic plot: A desperate man takes a job where he lives in a house full time, watching a hole in a basement wall, measuring it and making note of its status throughout the day. Every day. For as long as he can stand it.

Stray Thoughts:

• I also know better than to follow someone into a basement. But I also still do it sometimes.

• LoL the running gag of his boss constantly sneaking up on him.

Words of Wisdom:

• On the dress code (wearing a short sleeve button-up shirt instead of long-sleeve): "It would be like wearing a burlap sack and drinking moonshine under the train tracks!"

I appreciated how low key this was, and the end was kind of clever and unexpected.
