When this came out in 1990, I was a shy, angsty teen like the Lydia-from-Beetlejuice-channeling Megan played by Rainbow Harvest, but now I want to channel Stefan from SNL and say, "This movie has everything!" Dead father, absent mother, bullies, possessed mirror, Stephen Tobolowsky, puppies, and Yvonne DeCarlo, who is just as fabulous as ever, muumuu notwithstanding. The plot is predictable, but it is a lot of fun to watch it play out amidst the 80s/90s film tropes.
