Based on the Junji Ito manga, a girl is trying to recover her memory of an accident three years earlier, but she can only remember the name Tomie. 

Meanwhile, a detective is investigating what turns out to be a string of mysterious deaths of girls, all named Tomie Kawakami. Whaaaaa?
